Your contributions will be instrumental in fostering meaningful connections that resonate beyond the immediate business needs to create rewarding and impactful experiences for those that engage with our brand. We are looking for a passionate and results-driven New Business Development Leader to join our team and spearhead our business development efforts. The New Business Leader will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities for the agency. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the advertising industry, strong networking skills, and the ability to develop and execute effective business development strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building long-lasting client relationships.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development Strategy & Account Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to identify and target potential clients and industries that align with the agency's strengths and capabilities.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively generate new leads through various channels, including networking, industry events, referrals, and digital marketing.
  • Pitching and Proposals: Lead the development and presentation of compelling pitches and proposals that effectively communicate the agency's value proposition and creative solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. Plan project, coordinate teams and work with CEO to manage client budget to reach their brand marketing goals.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including creative, strategy, and account management, to ensure a cohesive approach to new business development.
  • Performance Metrics: Set and track performance metrics and KPIs to measure the success of business development efforts and report progress to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the advertising or marketing industry with a proven track record of securing new business and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong networking abilities and a robust industry network.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
