Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Front Desk Agent / Marketing to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills and a strong ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently. As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our visitors while maintaining smooth operations at the front desk.


Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Manage reservations and handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all necessary supplies are stocked.
  • Utilize computerized systems, including Excel for data entry and record keeping.
  • Provide information about the facility, services offered, and local attractions.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling appointments, and managing office correspondence.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
