Sell complex AI and Cloud solutions within Financial Services, proactively sourcing opportunities and managing sales cycles. Attend events and collaborate with technical teams.
We are looking for a high-velocity Sales Specialist (Hunter) to join Provectus during a period of rapid expansion. This isn’t a "wait for leads" type of role; we are looking for a proactive professional who thrives on identifying, engaging, and closing mid-market and enterprise opportunities.
Unlike traditional software sales, you will be selling complex AI & Data consultancy services. If you have a background in consulting (e.g., Gartner, AWS, or similar service-led firms) and know how to sell "solutions and expertise" rather than just "seats and licenses," we want to talk to you.
We are specifically looking for someone with exposure to Financial Services Industry where AI is rapidly transforming how organizations operate, from clinical data pipelines to regulatory workflows and lab automation. If you understand how these buyers think and what keeps a CDO or VP of Data up at night in a regulated environment, you'll hit the ground running.
What You’ll Do:
- Hunt & Close: Proactively source and qualify new business opportunities across North America
- Sell Services: Navigate complex sales cycles focused on AI/ML and Cloud digital transformation services
- Build Pipeline: Own your territory and manage a healthy pipeline across FSI & Insurance
- Be the Face of Provectus: Attend industry events, conferences, and on-site client meetings (30-40% travel expected)
- Collaborate: Partner with our technical leadership and delivery teams to scope and close high-impact deals
What You Need to Succeed:
- Consultative Sales DNA: Proven ability to sell "intangibles" (engineering services, strategy projects, and digital transformation) rather than just off-the-shelf software products
- Market Intelligence Background: Experience working within world-leading research and advisory firms or global cloud providers is a significant advantage
- Proactivity: You are a self-starter who doesn't need a playbook; you know how to navigate complex enterprise hierarchies to find the right stakeholders
- Communication: Exceptional English communication skills with the polish required to influence C-level executives
- Cloud Awareness: Familiarity with major cloud ecosystems (especially AWS) and how they drive business value
Why Join Us:
- High-impact role with direct visibility to leadership
- Strong earning potential with performance-based bonuses
- Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI and cloud solutions
- B2B contract model or full-time model
- Unlimited Vacation policy
- Generous health, vision, and dental insurance
- 401(K) matching plan
