We currently have a career opportunity for a Full Stack Technical Architect to join our remote team located in within North America.


Job Overview:

The ideal candidate is a hands-on architect who can define technical strategy, guide engineering teams, and ensure applications are both built and supported effectively in production environments. In addition to architecture and delivery leadership, you will drive best practices around application reliability, observability, performance, and operational excellence while leveraging AI-powered tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude to improve engineering productivity.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on architect who enjoys working across the full application lifecycle, from solution design and development through production support and continuous improvement. You will partner closely with client stakeholders and engineering teams to build scalable, secure, and resilient solutions while establishing best practices for application reliability, observability, performance, and operational excellence.

In addition to architecture and delivery leadership, you will champion modern engineering practices and the adoption of AI-powered development tools to improve developer productivity and accelerate solution delivery. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong architectural vision with a passion for remaining actively involved in building and supporting enterprise applications.

 

Responsibilities
  • Provide architectural solutions/designs to project execution teams for implementation.
  • Provide technology architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for one or more technology domains.
  • Work with application developers, users, operational leadership, and subject matter experts to understand current and future operational data analysis goals. Recommend modern technology stacks to meet those goals and help engineering teams migrate towards their use.
  • Collaborate with the customer's operations and technology leadership on the future analytic goals of the organization, and design a technical architecture to meet those goals. Participate in configuring the architecture, and advise engineering teams on its efficient use.
  • Lead a work stream or act as a team lead and manage non-complex components of the work plan/project.
  • Utilize analytical, process, and/or technical skills to meet project objectives and deliverables that are self-directed and within project scope.


Qualifications
  • 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on enterprise application development.
  • 4+ years of experience in a Technical Architect, Solution Architect, Lead Engineer, or Principal Engineer role.
  • Deep expertise in .NET/C# and modern application architecture patterns.
  • Strong experience designing and implementing solutions on Microsoft Azure.
  • Extensive experience building enterprise web applications using React and modern frontend frameworks.
  • Experience architecting cloud-native applications, microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture principles, security, performance optimization, scalability, and resiliency.
  • Experience providing day two support activities for enterprise applications
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and modern software delivery methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client engagement experience.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and technical leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to mentor teams and influence technical direction across multiple projects.
  • At least 5 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks.
  • Knowledge and experience in developing software using agile methodologies.
  • Skilled in building relationships with clients and in practice development activities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience working with a globally distributed team and managing off-shore teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-informed task execution.  
  • Familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms is a plus.  
  • A solid understanding of AI capabilities and limitations including ethical considerations is expected.

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $90,000.00 to $149,880.00. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential variable compensation programs.
