Job Summary: 

The Fundraising & Partnerships Consultant is responsible for building and executing a high-impact development strategy to support HiveStrong’s mission and growth. This role focuses on identifying, cultivating, and securing corporate partners and individual donors while strengthening HiveStrong’s visibility and influence. You'll work across internal and client-side initiatives, with access to our CRM, Board, and existing fundraising structure—your job is to make it happen. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Business Development & Prospecting: Build and manage a robust pipeline of corporate sponsors, philanthropic partners, and individual donors across the U.S. 

  • Consultative Fundraising: Lead with a relationship-first, mission-driven approach to understand partner needs and align them with HiveStrong’s goals. 

  • Partnership Management: Cultivate long-term relationships, manage sponsor/donor communications, and provide timely reporting and engagement. 

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement fundraising strategies that drive revenue growth and increase visibility of HiveStrong's impact. 

  • CRM & Reporting: Utilize Monday.com to track outreach, donor activity, and fundraising performance. Provide regular updates to leadership and the Board. 

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO, Board members, ambassadors, and cross-functional teams to support fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives. 

  • Messaging & Presentation: Represent HiveStrong externally—pitching, presenting, and speaking at events or meetings to inspire new support. 

  • Marketing & Visibility: Partner with the internal marketing and communications team to ensure donor and partner messaging is clear, compelling, and aligned with brand standards. 

  • Performance-Driven: Consistently meet or exceed fundraising targets with an entrepreneurial mindset and positive energy. 

Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of experience in fundraising, partnerships, or business development. 

  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and driving partner engagement. 

  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills. 

  • Confident communicator with excellent presentation and storytelling abilities. 

  • Experience managing projects, pipelines, and CRM systems (Monday.com preferred). 

  • Passionate about mission-driven work and building community impact. 

  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments. 

Details: 

  • Hours: Up to 20 hours/week for the HiveStrong, plus potential for additional hours for any client needs 

  • Rate: $30–40/hr + performance-based bonus
