Gen AI Solution Architect

Hexaware is searching for a GenAI Solution Architect to stitch generative AI directly into the operational core of enterprise platforms—not as an add-on, but as a deliberately designed, governed, production-grade capability.

• Architect full-spectrum solutions that infuse generative AI elements—large language models, retrieval-augmented generation chains, prompt crafting, and autonomous AI agents—into the heart of organizational platforms.

• Set down architectural conventions, design doctrines, and oversight structures covering microservice patterns, interface definitions, and cloud-first software construction.

• Shape the interplay of applications, datasets, and integration layers to guarantee responsiveness, elastic growth, protection, and ease of upkeep.

• Appraise and choose generative AI engines, structures, and implement toolchains according to how well they align with system design, practical viability, and enduring growth potential.

• Lead structured examinations and technical appraisals of designs to verify they meet organization-wide architectural benchmarks.

• 6–10 years working in the architecture of information technology, design of systems, or a closely adjacent technical field.

• Proven track record of architecting and shipping solutions for intricate, large-organization technology landscapes.

• Articulate communication in both writing and speech, capable of translating technical ideas for specialists and non-specialists alike.

• Robust capacity to order tasks and structure efforts, handling several parallel work threads and evolving priorities at the same time.

• Skill in forging productive collaborations spanning technical and commercial groups, plus outside parties when necessary.

• Driven and flexible, with the ability to accept new challenges and produce outcomes while under stress and strict schedule constraints.

• Banking Experience is preferred.
