Role Overview:

You will be the lead developer of prototypes and MVP genAI solutions for a Nexus3 portfolio

company. Working closely with our team, you will design and implement prototypes and

infrastructure for genAI applications. Additionally, you will collaborate with the business

development team to gain a deep understanding of customer needs and quickly develop

prototypes that can validate hypotheses.

Key Responsibilities:

●Design and prototype genAI and agentic AI based applications

●Develop novel algorithms and solution methodologies

●Collaborate with software engineers on how to turn a prototype to a software product

●Collaborate with business development team to align on customer needs and ideate product

features

Requirements:

●Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field

●Familiarity with LLM’s, genAI, and agentic AI systems

●Prior experience in data engineering with a focus on document processing

●Excellent verbal and written communication skills for discussing technical solutions with a

range of stakeholders

●Ability to work and research independently and take initiative

●Solution architecture experience including data backend

Preferred:

●Demonstrated experience delivering genAI products into production

●Exposure to LLM-based applications that require external handling and retrieval of large and

complex documents

● Experience creating and implementing a scalable document processing pipeline

● Familiarity with newly released agentic frameworks and tools (Langchain, CrewAI, etc.) that

amplify and harness the power of large language models

● Active Github project portfolio
