About This Posting

We are always interested in meeting talented, curious, and driven people, even when we do not have a specific job posting that matches their background. If you are interested in trading, markets, technology, quantitative research, software, data analysis, operations, or anything adjacent to the work we do, we would be happy to review your resume and learn more about you.

This posting is intended for candidates who may not see a current open role that fits exactly, but who believe they could add value to our team.

Who Should Apply

You may be a good fit if you are:

  • Interested in financial markets, trading, options, futures, or market structure
  • Strong with math, logic, problem solving, or pattern recognition
  • Comfortable working with data, code, systems, or technical tools
  • Curious, competitive, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable using AI tools in your day-to-day work — whether for research, coding, analysis, or problem solving
  • Looking for an internship, junior role, project-based opportunity, or future full-time position
  • Coming from a non-traditional background but believe your skills could transfer well to trading or technology

We are open to reviewing candidates from a wide range of backgrounds, including students, recent graduates, early-career professionals, career changers, self-taught programmers, traders, gamers, engineers, mathematicians, and others with unusual or valuable experience.

What to Submit

Please submit:

  • Your resume
  • A short cover letter or note explaining:
  • What type of work interests you
  • Why you are interested in our firm
  • What skills, projects, or experiences you think are most relevant
  • What kind of opportunity you would ideally be considered for

You do not need to force your background into a specific role. We are more interested in understanding how you think, what you are good at, and where you may be able to contribute.

What Happens Next

We review general interest applications periodically. If your background appears to match a current or future need, we may reach out to learn more. Because this is not tied to one specific opening, we may not respond to every submission immediately. However, we appreciate hearing from people who are genuinely interested in the work we do.
