About This Application

We’re always excited to hear from thoughtful, driven people who feel aligned with what we’re building - even if there isn’t a specific role open that matches your background right now. It’s a way for us to get to know people we may want to work with in the future, when the timing and fit are right.

About Our Work

We are currently developing our first title: a mobile, 3D adventure game built in Unreal Engine 5. As an early-stage studio, this creates space for ownership and meaningful contribution from the beginning.

What We Value

We’re a small, senior-leaning team focused on building something meaningful for the long term. We move fast, work asynchronously, and hold a high bar for quality. Everyone here is expected to take ownership, learn quickly, and push themselves.

Technical literacy is important across all roles. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable working with modern tools, understanding technical constraints, and collaborating closely with developers.

We’re pioneering a new approach to game development using emerging technology to empower small teams to do their most ambitious work. We look for V-shaped individuals: people with deep expertise in at least one area and a strong drive to grow across others.

This is a high-responsibility environment. It fits well with people who are comfortable with ambiguity, motivated by momentum, and energized by continuous learning.

Who This Is For

This open application is for people who:

  • Feel a strong connection to Redly’s mission and approach to games

  • Thrive in early-stage environments with ambiguity and wide responsibility

  • Want to join a small, remote-friendly team where every voice has impact

  • Are highly ambitious, self-motivated, and excited by moving fast and learning constantly

Whether your background is in engineering, art, design, production, community, marketing, or other game dev areas - if you believe you could help shape what comes next, we’d love to hear from you.

What We Offer
  • A small, close-knit team where your work truly matters

  • Remote-friendly, trust-based collaboration

  • High standards, honest feedback, and room to grow with the project

  • The chance to help shape both a game and a studio from an early stage

We’re based across Europe and North America and generally prefer overlapping time zones, but we’re open to exceptional candidates globally depending on the role.

How to Apply

Tell us a bit about:

  • Who you are and what you do best

  • What you’re great at and how you’d bring that to Redly

  • What you’re excited to learn by working with us

  • Why Redly Games caught your attention

Portfolios, work samples, GitHub links, writing, or past projects are always welcome where relevant.
