We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership. This role requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to two executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements

  • Serve as a primary point of contact, managing communications, prioritizing requests, and ensuring timely follow-up

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, materials, deliverables, and logistics

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

  • Track and manage action items, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met

  • Support special projects, initiatives, and cross-functional coordination as needed

  • Manage expense reports, invoices, and basic budget tracking

  • Assist with planning team events, offsites, and leadership meetings

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a fast-paced or global organization

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize effectively and adapt to shifting priorities

  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, slack, and collaboration tools

  • Experience coordinating complex travel and managing executive calendars across time zones

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting executives

  • Experience in a technology or high-growth environment

  • Project management or operations experience

  • Familiarity with expense management and procurement systems
