PTP is a fast-growing system integrator that offers strategic Customer Experience (CX) solutions to our clients.  We are looking for a hands-on Senior Genesys Architect to help us design and deliver CX solutions that provide our clients with a beautiful customer journey that achieves results. At PTP we value aptitude and creativity as well as experience. Responsibilities

  • Facilitate JAD sessions with customers
  • Define and document detailed business and technical requirements
  • Design and architect CTI based solutions to meet requirements
  • Lead a team of engineers in implementation activities
  • Expert hands-on experience with Genesys installation, configuration and development
  • Work closely with Project Managers to ensure on-time, quality delivery
  • Assist sales team with customer meetings and technical presentations
  • Mentor other technical team members

Requirements

In addition to excellent communication and client interaction skills, you should have at least 8 years of experience with:

  • Genesys Routing solutions
  • Genesys Reporting
  • Genesys Voice Portal
  • Genesys SIP Server
  • Genesys eServices

Desired Experience

  • Genesys iWD
  • Genesys Workforce Management
  • Genesys Desktop (iWS, WDE and WWE)
  • Genesys Interaction Recording
  • Genesys Rules System
  • PBX to Genesys SIP Migration
  • J2EE (Java, Servlets, JSP, EJB, JSF)
  • .NET (C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET)
