Company Overview

Ambiq is on a mission to enable intelligence everywhere — powering the AI edge revolution with the world's lowest-power semiconductor solutions.

Built on our proprietary sub- and near-threshold technology, our chips deliver multi-fold improvements in energy efficiency without costly process scaling. Since 2010, we've shipped over 300 million units to customers building smarter wearables, medical devices, IoT products, and AI-powered edge applications.

Our cross-functional teams span design, research, development, production, marketing, sales, and operations across Austin, Hsinchu, Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Singapore. We move fast, tackle hard problems, and create space for people to grow through complex, meaningful work that shapes the future of technology.

We're looking for self-motivated, creative problem-solvers who are eager to push technological limits and make a real impact in energy efficiency.

At Ambiq, we live by five values: Innovate. Collaborate. Focus. Learn. Achieve.

If that's you, join us — the intelligence everywhere revolution starts here.

This person will lead account strategy, revenue forecasting, pipeline development, executive engagement, and design-win execution across complex customer and ecosystem environments.
The ideal candidate brings deep semiconductor or technology account management experience, strong executive presence, and the ability to connect customer roadmaps with Ambiq’s ultra-low-power platforms.
Responsibilities
  • Own full account management for selected strategic global customers.
  • Develop and execute global account plans aligned with Ambiq’s long-term business strategy.
  • Build accurate revenue forecasts and communicate account health to internal stakeholders.
  • Identify customer decision makers, influencers, technical stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Gather customer intelligence on business priorities, product roadmaps, supply chain strategy, and technology needs.
  • Position Ambiq solutions for next-generation programs across edge AI, wearable, IoT, consumer, and adjacent applications.
  • Drive design-win strategy from early opportunity identification through customer selection and program execution.
  • Collaborate with ODMs, ecosystem partners, field teams, product teams, and engineering stakeholders.
  • Expand existing business while identifying new verticals and application areas.
  • Build trusted relationships at executive and working levels across global customer organizations.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in semiconductor, technology, or related industries.
  • Proven success managing strategic or Tier-1 global accounts.
  • Demonstrated track record of securing design wins in competitive markets.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor sales cycles, customer roadmaps, and production revenue conversion.
  • Network across edge AI, wearables, IoT, consumer electronics, ODMs, or related hardware ecosystems.
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-regional accounts with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, forecasting, and executive engagement skills.
  • Experience working with ODMs, ecosystem partners, or global supply chain stakeholders.
  • An engineering degree is highly preferred.
Why Ambiq
At Ambiq, you will help customers build smarter, more power-efficient products at the edge. You will represent differentiated ultra-low-power technology in markets where power, intelligence, size, and battery life matter deeply. This is a strategic role with direct visibility into customer roadmaps, executive relationships, and Ambiq’s long-term growth.
