About the Role

Amplitude is the leading digital analytics platform — and the agency ecosystem is one of the highest-leverage bets we're making in partnerships. The world's top martech consultancies, systems integrators, and transformation agencies are reshaping how enterprise teams work. Our job is to make sure Amplitude is at the center of that conversation.

We're looking for a Global Agency Lead to own that mission. This is a senior individual contributor role with clear line of sight to building a team. You'll define the strategy for how Amplitude recruits, activates, and grows a global portfolio of agency and consulting partners — from boutique martech specialists to WPP and Deloitte-scale network partners — with a specific focus on workflow transformation and analytics practice development.

If you've spent time in a consulting firm or agency driving martech transformations for enterprise clients, if you know what it actually takes to get Amplitude embedded into a client engagement, and if you want to build something from the ground up at a company that's moving fast — this role was written for you.

What You'll Do

Build and own Amplitude's global agency partnership strategy — identifying, recruiting, and activating a portfolio of high-value agency and consulting partners across North America, EMEA, and APAC.

Develop a deep point of view on which agency archetypes create the most downstream value for Amplitude: which firms drive real workflow change, which ones have the technical bench to deliver, and which ones have the client access to matter.

Run executive-level engagement with senior partners at target firms. You'll be the person who walks into a Merkle or a Publicis Sapient and can have a peer-level conversation about how their practice is evolving and where Amplitude fits.

Build scalable co-sell and co-delivery motions with agency partners — joint GTM playbooks, certification paths, and enablement programs that let partners go deep on Amplitude without needing us in the room every time.

Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure partners are driving real customer outcomes. Pipeline and activated ACV from agency-referred and agency-influenced deals is how success gets measured.

Represent Amplitude at key industry events — Cannes, Advertising Week, martech and analytics conferences — with a point of view that makes agency leaders want to partner with us.

What We're Looking For

7–12 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or consulting — with at least a meaningful stretch inside or closely alongside a major consulting firm, martech agency, or systems integrator (Deloitte, Merkle, Publicis Sapient, Accenture Song, WPP, or similar).

A real understanding of how enterprise martech transformations get sold and delivered — not just the pitch, but the staffing model, the change management challenges, and what makes a platform actually stick.

Technical credibility. You don't need to be an engineer, but you need to be the person in a room of architects and analytics leads who can hold the conversation. Familiarity with the martech stack — CDPs, MAPs, analytics platforms, data infrastructure — is a strong signal.

Strong executive presence. You've managed partner relationships at the VP/C-suite level and know how to move slowly enough to build trust and fast enough to close things.

An MBA from a strong program or equivalent experience is a plus — particularly if you've used it to sharpen how you think about business cases, partnership economics, and growth strategy.

Evidence of impact. Your profile — your resume, your LinkedIn, your body of work — should show a pattern of building things that moved metrics. Not just managed a portfolio. Built something.

Comfort with ambiguity and ownership. This role has a lot of white space. We're looking for someone who thrives in that, not someone who needs a fully mapped playbook.

This role is eligible for equity, benefits and other forms of compensation.
