Department Overview
The Global Operations department partners with each of Motorola Solutions' go-to-market functions across the globe. Our mission is to enhance data-driven decision making, make processes faster and more efficient & ensure Motorola Solutions go-to-market functions can achieve long-term, sustainable growth.
Within Global Operations, the "Office of the COO" program supports the analysis, process automation and strategic objectives of our Chief Operating Officer, Chief of Staff to the COO and other executive stakeholders
Job Description

Motorola Solutions is seeking a dynamic and motivated Global Business Operations Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in MSI’s Global Sales Operations organization. The Global Business Operations Intern will be responsible for developing AI tools for our Sales and Sales Operations teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and documenting business processes suitable for AI-driven automation

  • Conduct research on AI tools, platforms, and industry best practices for automation development

  • Test AI models for automation prior to release to production

  • Prepare documentation and presentations on automation projects for stakeholders

  • Participate in cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI automation solutions

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience working with AI and utilizing it for process automation

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficient in Google Work Suite

Basic Requirements
  • High School Diploma is required

  • Must be pursuing a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree with a graduation date of December 2026 or later

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
