We are seeking a talented, self-driven, collaborative, and highly motivated candidate with a proven background in integrated marketing and stakeholder management. Ideally, you are a data-driven marketer who brings fresh ideas, strategic focus, and a commitment to excellence every day.

Role Summary

The Global Communications Lead is responsible for shaping and delivering CBTS’s internal and external communications strategy to drive consistent messaging across all channels, strengthen employee engagement, and elevate CBTS’s reputation in the market. This leader will serve as the strategic center of excellence for communications, guiding narrative development, executive visibility, analyst relations, and cross-functional alignment across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Communications Leadership

  • Lead the Communications, including internal communications, PR, AR, and executive visibility programs.
  • Develop and maintain CBTS’s global narrative and communications strategy across all channels.
  • Partner closely with all marketing functions and HR to ensure message consistency and alignment.

Internal Communications

  • Partner with HR and executive leadership to manage internal messaging, including All-Hands planning, employee communications, and leadership updates.
  • Build programs that enhance employee engagement and reinforce organizational culture and core values.

External Communications & Reputation Management

  • Identify and secure media opportunities, industry recognition, rankings, awards, analyst reports, and event placements that elevate CBTS’s market profile.
  • Build and nurture relationships with media, analysts, industry influencers, and partners to enhance CBTS visibility.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with business leaders, product teams, and marketing to identify strategic communications opportunities across all major lines of business.
  • Ensure unified messaging across digital, campaigns, sales enablement, employer brand, and customer-facing channels.

Governance & Measurement

  • Set communications KPIs and reporting frameworks.
  • Oversee the communications budget and ensure effective investment in PR, AR, and internal communications programs.

Analyst Relations

  • Lead analyst engagement strategy, ensuring alignment to CBTS positioning, product strategy, and long-term business goals.
  • Manage development of AR materials, briefings, and strategic programs.

Team Management

·       Manage team members, provide clear direction, set expectations, and ensure each team member is positioned to succeed through coaching, feedback, and accountability.
