We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven strategic manager who can balance long-term vision with hands-on execution, driving accountability across a global onboarding ecosystem—without direct reports. to own and optimize our global onboarding experience—ensuring every new joiner integrates quickly, confidently, and consistently into RELEX. 

What you’ll be doing: 

This is a strategic, high-accountability role. Success depends on strong consultation, cross-functional collaboration, project management excellence, and the ability to shift seamlessly between strategic planning and tactical execution. In this role, you’ll own RELEX’s global onboarding program—from cultural immersion to defining role-based proficiency with business leaders.   

Global Onboarding Responsibilities:

  • As the strategic owner of global onboarding, you will: 
    • Design and maintain a globally consistent, end-to-end onboarding experience spanning Offer → Day 1 → Cultural Immersion → Role Integration → Probation. 
    • Ensure the multiple owners of these lifecycle stages (Talent Acquisition, People Operations, IT, managers, and senior business leaders) work in alignment to deliver a seamless new-hire journey. 
    • Redesign and improve the global onboarding program, ensuring alignment across all phases of the onboarding lifecycle. 
    • Define role and team onboarding needs with business leaders. 
    • Curate structured learning journeys with key partners. 
    • Coordinate global onboarding activities and timelines. 
    • Create and maintain onboarding content that reflects RELEX culture and ways of working. 
    • Maintain toolkits, guidance, and communication assets. 

Reporting, Measurement & Insights Responsibilities:

  • You will also lead the insights engine that informs onboarding strategy and day-to-day execution. Measuring impact is central to this role, ensuring onboarding effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability are continuously evaluated and improved: 
    • Build and manage a global onboarding reporting framework. 
    • Track onboarding progress, completion, attendance, and engagement across regions. 
    • Analyze onboarding data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. 
    • Provide regular reports and insights to People Leadership, Team Leads, and business stakeholders. 
    • Create dashboards and templates that support scalable, repeatable reporting. 
    • Use insights to guide program decisions, content updates, and process improvements. 
    • Establish clear success metrics for onboarding (e.g., time to proficiency, new-joiner engagement, manager satisfaction, process reliability). 
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding activities and iterate based on measurable outcomes. 
What you’ll bring to the table:

This role requires someone who operates confidently at both strategic and tactical levels. We need someone who: 

  • Has experience in HR, People Operations, Learning & Development, or similar program-based roles, ideally in program ownership or strategic management. 
  • Brings strong coordination and project management skills. 
  • Is confident managing cross-functional stakeholders and vendors. 
  • Has excellent communication and content-creation skills. 
  • Is analytical, comfortable working with data, and able to translate insights into actions. 
  • Is proactive, structured, and eager to take ownership of a global program.
