Job Description

 We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Global Partner Channel Director to lead and expand our partner channel initiatives in the US and European markets. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a channel strategy designed to expand relationships with channel partners and drive incremental sales and revenue growth globally. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in channel management within the manufacturing sector, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global partner channel strategy to achieve sales and revenue targets. 

  • Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with new channel partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. 

  • Provide support and training to partners to ensure their success and growth. 

  • Monitor and manage the performance of existing partners, developing strategies to improve their sales and revenue. 

  • Create and manage to discreet set of business KPI’s to monitor and manage performance. 

  • Oversee and drive cross functional support groups required to maintain and drive increase adoption and bookings from partners. 

  • Collaborate with the sales team to align sales and channel efforts, ensuring a cohesive approach to market. 

  • Develop and implement channel partner programs, including training, marketing, and incentives. 

  • Measure and report on the performance of channel partners using key metrics such as sales and revenue. 

  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform strategic decisions. 

  • Resolve conflicts and challenges within the channel, providing support and guidance to partners. 

  • Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company. 

  • Experienced knowledge in developing enterprise level contract and negotiations with potential partners. 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 

  • 10+ year experience in global partner management 

Skills and Competencies 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. 

  • 10+ years of experience in global channel management or partner sales, preferably within a B2B  SaaS company including European channel partner experience. 

  • Channel Sales and Revenue Growth: Deep understanding of how to drive revenue through a partner ecosystem. The director must be adept at setting up and optimizing partner-driven sales processes and ensuring the channel delivers on growth targets.

  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Strong negotiation skills to work with partners and vendors, as well as experience in creating and managing contracts that maximize value for both Revalize and its partners.

  • Proven track record of growing and managing successful channel partner programs. 

  • Strategic Partnership development:  Ability to identify, cultivate, and manage high-value partnerships that align with Revalize’s long-term goals.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to partners and stakeholders (fluency in both German and English)

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to work across sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to align the channel strategy with broader company objectives and ensure seamless execution.

  • Familiarity with diverse Sales tactics, including sales focus, tactics, pipeline structure, and effective use of QTM (Quantitative Territory Management).  

  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills. 

  • Strong time management and organizational skills. 

Additional Information

Working hours for US-based roles are 8-5ET.

Working hours for EMEA-based roles are 8-5 CET
