Iron Mountain is seeking an innovative SEO/AEO Manager to join our Global Digital Marketing team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to architect a durable organic search foundation and shape how global audiences discover Iron Mountain across more than 60 country sites. Here, your expertise in technical SEO, content strategy, and AI-driven search innovation will directly elevate our digital visibility and connect enterprise customers with the solutions they need. You will play a central role in translating search intent into seamless digital experiences that drive scalable business growth.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Manage Global SEO Foundations: Oversee technical site health, indexing performance, and site architecture across 60+ regional websites while building standardized SEO playbooks.

  • Pioneer AI & Generative Search: Lead Answer and Generative Engine Optimization (AEO/GEO) strategies, track conversational prompt trends, and deploy automation tools to optimize metadata and content tagging.

  • Integrate Search & Information Architecture: Partner with Paid Search, Web, and Content teams to align organic search insights with buyer journeys and refine website information architecture.

  • Track Performance & Build Insights: Develop intuitive performance dashboards to monitor rankings, organic traffic, and conversions, turning raw behavioral data into prioritized optimization roadmaps.

  • Lead Agency & Team Collaboration: Manage global agency partners to deliver high-quality execution while mentoring cross-functional stakeholders on SEO best practices.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 8+ years of experience in SEO, ideally within a large, matrixed B2B organization managing complex, multi-site digital ecosystems.

  • Strong knowledge of technical SEO, site architecture, enterprise platforms (e.g., BrightEdge, SEMrush), and emerging AI search methodologies (AEO/GEO).

  • Proven ability in translating search intent and complex behavioral data into actionable content and optimization strategies.

  • Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and simplify technical concepts.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
