This position is available remotely in the United Kingdom. Annual OTE ranges between £55,000– 60,000.

Responsibilities & Objectives

Reporting to the Sr. GTM Operations Manager with a dotted line to the regional Vice President Sales, Europe, Elemica’s GTM Operations Analyst supports the execution of Elemica's Commercial Operating System across the European region. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, BDR/SDRs and Client Success, the role provides analytical, operational and administrative support that improves sales productivity, forecasting accuracy and commercial execution.

What You’ll Do

Regional Commercial Support

  • Support the VP Sales in day-to-day commercial operations
  • Prepare customer briefings, account research and executive meeting materials
  • Coordinate follow-up actions from regional reviews and leadership meetings
  • Support strategic account planning and territory planning

Salesforce, Analytics & Reporting

  • Maintain high-quality Salesforce data and reporting
  • Produce dashboards and analysis for pipeline, forecasting, territory performance and KPIs
  • Identify data quality issues and recommend improvements
  • Support Quarterly Business Reviews, Forecast Reviews, Territory Reviews and Strategic Account Reviews

CPQ & GTM Operations

  • Support CPQ analysis, quoting processes and commercial reporting
  • Assist with Salesforce enhancements, reporting, process improvements and Revenue Operations projects
  • Support customer segmentation, pipeline management and GTM initiatives

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Finance, Professional Services and Revenue Operations to improve commercial execution
  • Coordinate activities with internal stakeholders and external technology vendors as required

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Analytics or related discipline
  • 3–5+ years' experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations or Business Operations
  • Advanced Salesforce, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with CPQ required
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesloft or similar GTM technologies is an asset
