Job Description

Momentive Software is seeking an experienced, self-directed enablement professional to help design, deliver, and continuously evolve a comprehensive Go-To-Market Enablement strategy. This role is responsible for enabling revenue-facing teams through sales, technical, and operational readiness, ensuring teams are confident in product knowledge, systems, processes, and customer conversations. This role partners cross-functionally with other teams such as Product, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Sales leadership to ensure enablement programs drive measurable outcomes. 

A Day in the Life 

  • Design and maintain a unified enablement framework spanning sales enablement, technical enablement, and operational readiness 

  • Collaborate with Subject-Matter Experts to develop the content needed to execute programs 

  • Collaborate with the greater GTMP team to assist with learning programs supporting events such as GTM Kickoff, QBRs, and other customer-facing programs 

  • Cultivate an evaluation program to measure the effectiveness of the implemented programs 

  • Construct e-learning courses that are instructionally sound for on-demand consumption 

  • Review and update job aids to assist new and existing team members to be more productive  

  • Assist with manager development within the organization 

  • Promote effective coaching techniques aligned with the organization’s adopted strategy 

  • Write and present empowerment recommendations for consumption by sales and marketing leadership  

  • Other job duties as assigned by manager  

We are looking for someone who brings 

  • A Bachelor of Arts or Science from an accredited university or college 

  • Two or more years of selling experience 

  • A proven facilitator and content writer  

  • A strong understanding of Adult Learning Theory 

  • A proficient understanding of eLearning development principles, preferred 

  • Experience in a high-tech business environment, preferred  

Desired Skills and Experience: 

  • BS/BA in Business, Education, or related field 

  • Sales experience preferred, but not required 

  • 2-3 years of experience desired, preferably in sales, marketing or adult education 

  • Proficient in basic business systems (Office, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) 

  • Experience with Gong, Salesforce, Chilipiper, and ZoomInfo a strong plus

  • Intelligent, with strong critical thinking skills 

  • Ability to think strategically, paired with high attention to detail in execution 

  • Positive, can-do attitude 

  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, naturally high RPM 

  • Strong interpersonal skills a must; values influencing & building relationships 

  • Collaborative team player, yet also comfortable working independently 

  • Superb communication skills, both verbal and written 

  • Strong computer and internet research skills 

  • Displays respect, integrity, professionalism and discretion
