Role Overview
As a Graphic Artist with AI Experience, you will work with our Product and Marketing teams to design and produce high-quality visual content that supports learning objectives and strengthens our brand identity. Your responsibilities will include creating engaging images and video assets for lessons, developing branding materials, and leveraging AI tools to enhance and streamline the creative process.
Key Responsibilities
- Educational Content Creation – Design and produce visually engaging images and video assets for our lessons that enhance student learning experiences.
- Brand Development – Create cohesive visual materials that align with and strengthen ThinkCERCA's brand identity across all platforms.
- AI-Enhanced Design – Utilize AI tools and technologies to augment the creative process, generate innovative design concepts, and improve workflow efficiency.
- Visual Storytelling – Translate complex educational concepts into clear, visually appealing graphics that support learning objectives.
- Interactive Video Creation – Leverage platforms that allow for interactive video and translation tools in the learning experience.
- Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Content teams to ensure visual assets meet educational goals and brand standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional graphic design skills, video content creation, and creative vision.
- Experience with AI design tools such as DALL-E, Midjourney, or similar technologies.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or equivalent design software.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing for creating dynamic educational content.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to receive and implement feedback from various stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of educational design principles and experience creating content for K-12 audiences.
- Background in UI/UX design to contribute to user experience improvements.
- Experience with animation techniques for engaging educational content.
- Familiarity with web design and responsive visual content creation.
