Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for sports design? We're looking for a talented Graphic Artist to join our team and create smart, modern, and clean creative solutions with a strong focus on sports content, along with entertainment, news, and corporate content. This remote role offers the opportunity to design for our local, national, and corporate businesses across print, digital, and presentation media.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Conceptualize and create best-in-class, strategically sound design solutions across sports, entertainment, news, and corporate content, spanning print, digital, and presentation deliverables

  • Design sports-specific creative utilizing team/league branding, gameday and social graphics, schedules, promotional materials that reflect a strong, current understanding of sports culture and audience expectations

  • Participate in the development of a project with a focus on efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness

  • Translate and execute effectively against creative briefs

  • Communicate clearly with team members on timing, workload, and deliverables

  • Review artwork to ensure the project goals have been met to the highest standard

  • Prepare and package files for print production and digital publishing

  • Perform additional duties as needed and assigned

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred

  • 1-5 years of experience minimum, 3-5 years of experience preferred, including a strong, demonstrated background in sports design

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
  • Extensive, demonstrated experience designing sports content utilizing and maintaining team/league branding, gameday and social graphics, schedules, and promotional creative is required, along with genuine knowledge of sports culture, leagues, and audience trends

  • Portfolio for examples of work, showcasing strong sports design work

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

  • Experience with PowerPoint and/or Keynote a plus

  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory and brand consistency across print and digital media

  • Knowledge of file preparation and specifications for print production (bleeds, color profiles, resolution) and digital publishing

  • Must have strong design skills and the ability to take a project from concept to completion, or work in concert with others

  • Excellent interpersonal skills required, along with the ability to successfully work in a team environment

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize under tight deadlines typical of sports and news cycles

  • Experience building and maintaining templates for multi-channel campaigns (print, digital, social and presentation materials)

  • Familiarity with entertainment and news content, and network/program branding, a plus

  • Working knowledge of current AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, generative fill/expand, AI upscaling) to speed up production and workflows while maintaining brand quality
