We are growing our team and are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to help bring the CareerSwift brand and products to life across digital channels.

 

As a Graphic Designer, you will create visual content for CareerSwift's marketing, social media, website, product, and internal communications. You will work closely with the marketing and other teams to turn ideas and campaigns into clear, engaging, and visually consistent designs.

This role is a good fit for a designer who can combine creativity with strong attention to detail and understands how to adapt visual content for different digital formats.

Responsibilities
  • Create graphics and visual assets for social media, marketing campaigns, websites, and other digital channels.

  • Develop designs for promotional materials, presentations, advertisements, and company communications.

  • Maintain consistent use of CareerSwift's visual identity, typography, colors, and brand guidelines.

  • Adapt designs for different platforms, formats, and audience needs.

  • Collaborate with marketing and other teams to understand creative requirements and deliver designs on time.

  • Review and refine designs based on feedback and performance insights.

  • Organize and maintain design files and reusable visual assets.

What We Are Looking For
  • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and marketing design work.

  • Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Canva, or similar.

  • Good understanding of typography, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

Nice to Have
  • Experience designing content for social media and digital advertising.

  • Basic understanding of UI/UX or web design principles.

  • Experience working with technology, SaaS, AI, or digital products.

  • Basic motion design or video editing skills.

Compensation

$50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
