As a Graphic Designer at DH+, you will execute creative, strategic-driven designs both independently and collaboratively with internal teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Creates professional-quality artwork for a variety of client industries
  • Oversees assigned projects from conception through completion on-time and on-budget
  • Conceptualizes creative ideas quickly and efficiently
  • Understands brand systems and applies established brand standards as required
  • Follows design specifications for both digital and print media
  • Proofs work and follows the quality control process
  • Follows file management and design workflow processes
  • Embraces training opportunities and works with senior creative team members to develop skillsets
  • Researches our clients’ businesses to better understand marketing objectives
  • Embraces the DH+ culture and commitment required to provide outstanding customer service 

Qualifications 

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe CS, with emphasis on Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with emphasis on PowerPoint
  • Experience with Figma, After Effects, Premiere, and Generative AI is a plus
  • A digital portfolio showcasing your design experience is required for consideration

Education and experience

  • Bachelor’s or associate degree in graphic design or a related field
  • 2-5 years of professional design experience, preferably in an advertising agency
  • Experience working in B2B marketing is a plus

Salary Range

The total target compensation for this role is $50,000 - $65,000 USD annually, commensurate with experience, expertise and internal equity.
