Type: Full-time
Location: Remote / Hybrid (depending on location)
Department: Marketing (partnering closely with Content, Sales, and Product)

We’re hiring a full-time Graphic Designer to help us build a clean, credible, conversion-friendly brand presence across marketing and sales. You’ll turn ideas into sharp visuals that look professional, consistent, and “enterprise-ready” (not template-y).

What You’ll Do
  • Design marketing assets across channels: social media creatives, ads, banners, lead magnets, one-pagers, and event/webinar visuals.

  • Create and update sales enablement materials: pitch decks, proposal layouts, case study PDFs, service brochures.

  • Support website and landing page design (layouts, section visuals, icons, simple UI blocks).

  • Build and maintain a lightweight brand system: templates, typography, layout rules, consistent visual language.

  • Collaborate with copywriters and marketers to translate messaging into strong visual hierarchy and clarity.

What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of graphic design experience (in-house or agency).

  • Strong portfolio showing marketing design (especially B2B is a plus).

  • Excellent taste for layout, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy.

  • Ability to design for performance: clarity, readability, conversion—not just “pretty.”

  • Proficiency in Figma + Adobe (Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign) or equivalent tools.

  • Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality; comfortable with feedback and iterations.

Nice to Have
  • Experience designing presentations/pitch decks at a high standard.

  • Familiarity with basic web/UI design principles.

  • Experience in healthcare/health tech/RCM/medical billing environments (a plus, not required).

  • Motion basics (simple animations in Figma/After Effects/Canva) is a bonus.

What You’ll Get
  • Full-time role with steady workload and long-term ownership.

  • Clear briefs, priorities, and direct collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Access to content strategy and performance insights to improve design outcomes.

  • Growth path into Lead Designer / Brand & Creative Ops.

Hiring Process
  • Intro call

  • Portfolio review

  • Short practical assignment (reasonable scope)

  • Final interview

To apply: send your CV + portfolio link. Include 2–3 projects you’re proud of and briefly explain your role and impact (what problem the design solved).
