Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to produce graphics that support storytelling and messaging
• Prepare final artwork for print and digital delivery, ensuring proper sizing, resolution, and format
• Review and revise designs based on feedback while maintaining quality and creativity
• Manage multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines
• Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and best practices
• Maintain organized project files and follow version control standards
• Assist in developing brand guidelines and ensuring consistent brand application
• Communicate ideas clearly and contribute to creative discussions

Requirements
• Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar software
• Strong portfolio showcasing original design work
• Ability to translate ideas and written content into visually appealing concepts
• Understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and image editing
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand standards
• Good communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members
• Willingness to learn and adapt to project needs
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or training in design is a plus
