What you’ll do

This pivotal role focuses on crafting compelling proposals, pitch presentations, microsites, and bespoke digital and analog outreach strategies to engage and convert prospective clients. The Growth Director collaborates closely with the Executive Growth Director to strategically respond to inbound RFPs, originate new business through targeted outbound marketing, and lead the development and articulation of all proposals. Success in this role demands the ability to expertly solicit and synthesize diverse input from key stakeholders across client services, culture, verbal, design, and leadership. Robust project management capabilities are essential to orchestrate these complex initiatives."

What you’ll need 

You will build strategic relationships, win new clients, and drive our growth vision by championing our full branding capabilities. This role demands proven business development experience, holistic branding expertise, and financial acumen to manage complex pitches and negotiations. You'll leverage sophisticated leadership and project management skills to deliver flawless execution and engage C-suite executives.


The salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $75,000 to $180,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
