The Role

We’re hiring a Growth Marketer to build and scale Benji’s demand engine. You’ll own how we generate inbound interest, shape our narrative, and turn attention into pipeline.

This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution and wants to build something from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

Demand Generation

  • Build and execute campaigns across LinkedIn, email, content, and events
  • Drive consistent inbound pipeline and qualified leads

    Content & Positioning

    • Create compelling content (case studies, POVs, use cases)
    • Help define and evolve Benji’s voice in the market

    Website & Conversion

    • Optimize website and landing pages for conversion
    • Improve lead capture and funnel performance

    Sales Partnership

    • Support outbound efforts with messaging, sequences, and collateral
    • Partner closely with sales to refine positioning and campaigns

    Performance & Analytics

    • Track campaign performance and key metrics
    • Continuously test, learn, and improve results
    Who You Are
    • Strong writer and storyteller
    • Data-driven and comfortable measuring performance
    • Builder mindset: you enjoy creating from scratch
    • AI-first mindset: Experience across frontier LLMs and GTM tooling, always running experiments, and consistently finds ways to get more done using AI
    • Experience in B2B SaaS, growth, or demand generation
    • Comfortable owning a function end-to-end
    • Bonus: Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, or AI tools
