Coinflow is the next-generation payment service provider revolutionizing global financial infrastructure with stablecoins, AI-driven fraud prevention, and instant settlement. Coinflow enables businesses to grow faster with instant settlement, fraud & chargeback indemnity, global pay-ins, multi-currency FX, and unified payouts. Founded in 2023, the company serves marketplaces, fintechs, remittance providers, gaming platforms, and ecommerce merchants worldwide.

Role Overview

Coinflow's marketing function is small, fast, and already driving real pipeline — a multi-voice content engine, a packed events calendar, and a growing inbound motion built from scratch over the past year. We now need someone to own the growth layer on top of it: turning our brand and content momentum into repeatable, measurable pipeline.

This is a builder's role, not a maintainer's. You'll own outbound campaign activation, design and run growth experiments end-to-end, and tighten the loop between marketing spend and qualified pipeline. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the Head of Marketing, Revenue, and Partnerships to find what works, kill what doesn't, and scale what does.

Plainly: you'll be the person who takes Coinflow to its next level of growth, running the tests and iterations that turn what's working into scalable, sustainable pipeline, and expanding our reach into new verticals and audiences as we grow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own outbound campaign activation end-to-end — audience, offer, channel, creative, follow-up — partnering closely with Revenue and the SDR function.

  • Design and run growth experiments across paid, email, LinkedIn, events, and lifecycle channels, with clear hypotheses and fast iteration based on results.

  • Own pipeline metrics — qualified leads, meetings booked, cost per qualified lead, marketing-attributed pipeline — and report on them consistently.

  • Go beyond surface-level analytics: dig into the data to find the “why” behind performance, and use AI tools to visualize and communicate those insights clearly to leadership.

  • Build and optimize the demand funnel — landing pages, conversion paths, forms, nurture sequences — to turn traffic into qualified pipeline.

  • Manage paid acquisition and retargeting where it earns its place, prioritizing measurable ROI over reach.

  • Partner with content and SEO to convert organic momentum into pipeline.

  • Maintain clean attribution across campaigns (UTM discipline, CRM hygiene in Attio, analytics in PostHog).

  • Test new verticals and audiences as Coinflow expands, standing up and measuring campaigns in early-fit segments.

  • Build and run account-based marketing (ABM) programs for new verticals — target accounts, multi-channel outreach with Revenue, testing which segments convert before scaling.

  • Work with Partnerships and Events to convert high-intent moments into pipeline, not just awareness.

Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing, ideally at a B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments company.

  • A demonstrated track record of building and running campaigns that generated measurable pipeline — you can point to experiments you ran, what you learned, and what you scaled.

  • Fluency with the modern growth stack: analytics, CRM, marketing automation, paid platforms, and attribution. Comfort with tools like Attio, PostHog, and Google Analytics is a plus.

  • Strong data analysis skills — you don't just read a dashboard, you dig into the numbers to find the insight underneath, and can visualize and present findings clearly (using AI tools where useful) to influence decisions.

  • A bias for action and experimentation: you'd rather ship a scrappy test this week than a perfect plan next quarter.

  • Excellent collaboration skills across Marketing, Revenue, and Partnerships — you can align a cross-functional group around a growth bet and drive it to a result.

  • Based in or willing to relocate to New York City or Chicago; this is an in-office role.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience marketing a technical or infrastructure product to developer, fintech, or payments buyers.

  • Familiarity with payments, stablecoins, or financial infrastructure — or the curiosity and speed to get fluent fast.

  • Experience standing up growth motions in new verticals or markets from zero.

  • Fluent with AI-assisted tools for data analysis, visualization, and reporting — comfortable using AI to turn raw campaign data into clear, decision-ready insights.

  • Hands-on experience with Apollo (or comparable sales-intelligence and outbound sequencing tools) for prospecting, list-building, and ABM outreach.

What We Offer
  • The chance to own the growth function at a fast-scaling, well-funded payments company at an inflection point.

  • Competitive compensation including base salary and equity.

  • Collaborative environment with regular exposure to Coinflow's founders and leadership team.

  • Comprehensive benefits, including health and wellness coverage, 401(k), and flexible time off.

  • Direct partnership with the Head of Marketing and close collaboration with the founders, Revenue, and Partnerships.

  • Real ownership and autonomy — the mandate to experiment, the budget to test, and the trust to move fast.

The base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000 USD + equity. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, education, skills, qualifications, and business needs.
