  • Own the full event lifecycle: strategy, budgeting, logistics, vendor coordination, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure events support brand awareness and pipeline goals.
  • Track event performance and ROI, including lead capture and post-event engagement.

Reporting & Optimization

  • Regularly report on marketing performance across campaigns, social, and events.
  • Translate data into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders, including leadership.
  • Use experimentation and testing to continuously improve results across channels.

Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or campaign-focused roles.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns in HubSpot.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Creative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Experience in energy, SaaS, or other technical industries is a plus but not required.
