About the role

Verity is looking for a Growth Marketing & SDR Lead to own our outbound and account-based marketing programs, manage the SDR function, and strengthen the handoff between Marketing and Sales.

This role will work closely with Sales to translate priority accounts and campaign themes into coordinated outbound programs that generate qualified pipeline. You will also manage SDR execution and the MQL-to-SQL process, ensuring prospects receive timely, relevant follow-up and move through a clear, measurable funnel.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can build campaigns, coach SDRs, improve processes, and use performance data to drive better results. The role will not own event execution or organic social media.

What You'll Own

  • Develop and execute outbound and ABM programs targeting Verity's priority accounts, industries, and buyer personas, partnering with Sales on segmentation, messaging, and outreach strategy
  • Translate campaign themes into coordinated email, paid media, content, and SDR programs, building briefs, landing pages, and enablement materials with Content, Design, and Marketing Ops
  • Directly manage, coach, and develop the SDR team, including priorities, workflows, account lists, talk tracks, and qualification standards
  • Own the MQL-to-SQL process end to end, including lead routing, SLAs, qualification, dispositioning, and reporting
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales Ops to improve lead scoring, lifecycle stages, CRM workflows, and funnel visibility, building strong feedback loops between Marketing, SDRs, and AEs
  • Measure and report on pipeline contribution across target-account engagement, qualified meetings, conversion rates, and SDR performance, continuously testing and optimizing targeting and channel mix

What we're looking for

  • 5–7 years in B2B growth marketing, demand generation, ABM, or outbound marketing, with required experience directly managing, coaching, and developing SDRs
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience required, including workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, routing, sequences, and funnel attribution
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing ABM programs (one-to-one, one-to-few, and/or one-to-many), plus managing or improving the MQL-to-SQL handoff
  • Strong understanding of B2B outbound strategy, account research, personalization, prospecting sequences, and sales enablement
  • Proven ability to partner closely with Sales leadership, AEs, Marketing Operations, and Sales Operations
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, comfortable moving between strategy, hands-on execution, people management, and performance analysis

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience integrating HubSpot with sales engagement, enrichment, intent-data, advertising, or ABM platforms
  • Experience marketing enterprise technology, warehouse automation, supply chain solutions, or another complex B2B product
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
  • Experience building or scaling an SDR function or outbound playbook
