The Position
This role is focused on understanding our clients and expanding how we serve them. You will help run programs that deepen client engagement, drive retention, and create expansion opportunities across our existing book of business.
You will work closely with the expansion sales team, Client Development Associates (CDAs), Client Success Managers (CSMs), and other client-facing teams to understand their needs and build the materials, programs, and enablement that help them grow accounts.
This role is ideal for an early-career marketer who is interested in collaboration and wants to help drive impactful programs alongside a supportive team.
The Team
This role sits within the Growth Marketing Team alongside 3 additional marketers. The team works collaboratively to share insights, coordinate campaigns, and deliver the best possible outcomes for both customers and prospects. You'll have built-in partners to learn from, bounce ideas off of, and grow alongside as you develop in the role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Help grow and expand the YCharts University educational webinar program, currently serving existing clients
  • Support the development of campaigns, incentives, and enablement that encourage clients to advocate for YCharts through our referral program
  • Work with broader team to build case study sourcing, development, and promotion end to end
  • Partner with the expansion sales team, Client Development Associates (CDAs), Client Success Managers (CSMs), and other client-facing teams

Qualifications and Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, or equivalent internship and early-career experience
  • Exposure to planning, executing, promoting, and measuring marketing programs
  • Interest in building sales enablement materials and collaborating directly with sellers
  • A bias toward action, curiosity, and a willingness to listen to sellers and turn their feedback into action
  • Strong project management and communication skills

Bonus:
  • Exposure to fintech, SaaS, or financial services
  • Awareness of customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or expansion-focused programs
  • Familiarity with any of the following: G2 or similar review platforms, webinar platforms (Zoom), sales enablement tools, or CRM/marketing platforms like HubSpot
  • Interest in creating video content

Compensation
At YCharts, we are committed to pay equity and transparency in all locations, including compliance with local pay disclosure requirements: the Total Cash Compensation range is $60,000 - $78,000 USD inclusive of bonuses and variable compensation. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience.
