About SaaS Academy

We help B2B SaaS founders scale with proven playbooks, personalized coaching, and a powerful peer community. We’ve helped 2,000+ founders grow their businesses—and we’re looking for experienced fractional coaches to help us impact thousands more.

About the Role

As a Strategic Coach, you’ll support 15–45 B2B SaaS founders through 1:1 coaching, focusing on business strategy, execution, and accountability. You’ll guide clients using our proven frameworks across six strategic calls annually, and the option for tactical coaching sessions. This is a fractional, remote-first opportunity to supplement your consulting practice with high-caliber SaaS clients.

This role is fractional, allowing you to coach on your terms while making a real impact in the SaaS space.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead strategic 1:1 Zoom coaching sessions with SaaS founders
  • Build Annual Visions and Quarterly Game plans
  • Review progress in structured retrospectives
  • Commit ~15–20 hours/month for coaching
  • Collaborate with Client Success Managers to ensure client success
  • Contribute insights to refine our playbooks and curriculum

You Bring

  • Direct experience coaching SaaS founders (not just execs)
  • 5+ years in SaaS—deep understanding of metrics, GTM, org design, etc.
  • Strong executive presence and client rapport
  • Strong understanding of business strategy (in the B2B SaaS space is a plus)
  • Thought leadership or strong personal brand in SaaS is a plus

Ideal Backgrounds

  • Current/former SaaS Founder, Co-Founder, or Fractional Exec
  • VP or Director in SaaS (Ops, RevOps, Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance)
  • Startup advisor, board member, or VC operaton

Why Join Our World-Class Coaching Network?

  • Work with world-class SaaS founders and help them scale
  • Leverage your expertise in a meaningful, flexible way
  • Maintain autonomy while joining a top-tier coaching ecosystem
  • Access premium content, a private community, and exclusive events
  • Grow professionally with opportunities to coach at higher levels (Boardroom, Tactical, etc.)

Location & Time Zones

  • Must reside in the U.S. or Canada
