Our Growth Systems Business Analyst III can work in person, remote, or in a hybrid environment, ideally local to a Wipfli office for team and office events. About 5% to 15% travel within the U.S. is required.
Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and vendors to gather, document, and validate requirements and identify process improvements.
  • Prepare and document business cases, requirements, acceptance criteria, test plans, risk assessments, and other project deliverables.
  • Facilitate future-state process design workshops and map end-to-end workflows to support organizational change, scalability, and measurable business impact.
  • Collaborate with architects and QA teams to translate requirements into solution blueprints and validate system performance.
  • Lead and support system enhancements and process improvements within Microsoft Dynamics 365 in collaboration with project teams
  • Prepare release notes, training materials, and change-management documentation to enable successful delivery with business stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and project teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, a related major, business, finance, or accounting; or IIBA certification or demonstrated equivalent certification with business analysis focus
  • Five+ years of business analyst experience with three+ years of experience in D365 or similar CRM platform; D365 experience is highly preferred
  • Experience designing or implementing business processes or systems
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and understand internal stakeholder's priorities, challenges, methods, and processes
  • Attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Confident communication with leadership, operations, and delivery partners
  • About 5-15% travel within the U.S. is required

Wipfli values fair, transparent, and competitive compensation, considering each candidate's unique skills and experiences. The estimated base pay range for this role is $73,000-98,000, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. The actual salary at the time of offer depends on business related factors like location, skills, experience, training/education, licensure, certifications, business needs, current associate pay, and relevant employment laws.
Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
