As an AI-First company, we invite artificial intelligence to eliminate friction, spark innovation, and drive efficiencies in every conversation— for our teams and our customers. Fullbay is the number one cloud-based shop management software for commercial repair shops and is growing fast. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team and help shape the next phase of growth for the company. As GTM AI Engineer to accelerate how our go-to-market teams (Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success) leverage AI and automation to scale revenue impact, improve productivity, and enhance customer experiences. You’ll act as an internal AI consultant, architect, and builder, designing and implementing intelligent workflows, tools, and pilots that streamline the customer journey — from lead generation to renewal and expansion. This role will identify high-value AI opportunities, prototyping automations, integrating tools, and measuring ROI.
Interested candidates should submit their resume to [email protected]
and complete this application to be considered for the role.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Partner across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to identify bottlenecks, manual processes, and data gaps that can be solved with AI or automation.
  • Act as the internal AI advisor for the GTM organization — help each function understand where AI creates leverage (e.g., lead scoring, personalized outreach, content generation, onboarding automation).
  • Curate internal knowledge: share AI best practices, trends, and tools; host quarterly “AI in GTM” workshops to showcase successful pilots and learnings.
  • Design and run a repeatable AI pilot framework for the GTM org — evaluate new tools, plan proofs-of-concept, track impact, and scale wins across departments.
  • Develop lightweight automations and AI workflows using platforms like Zapier, Make, n8n,  Salesforce Flow, or custom scripts.
  • Partner with RevOps, Data, Product, and GTM teams to ensure seamless integrations with core systems (CRM, marketing automation, support, analytics).
  • Maintain a prioritized backlog of AI experiments aligned with GTM priorities and revenue impact.
  • Build, test, and deploy AI-powered workflows that:
    • Automate lead routing, scoring, and enrichment.
    • Generate personalized prospect or customer content (emails, outreach, onboarding materials).
    • Summarize calls, extract insights, and populate CRM notes via transcription and NLP tools.
    • Identify churn risks or expansion opportunities using predictive AI models.
    • Architect end-to-end data and automation flows across the GTM stack — ensuring accuracy, scalability, and compliance.
  • Define clear success metrics for AI pilots (time saved, cost reduction, deal velocity, NPS improvement).
  • Build dashboards that track adoption, impact, and ROI across the GTM org.
  • Regularly present insights, outcomes, and next steps to GTM leadership.
  • Build internal documentation, playbooks, and enablement sessions to help non-technical users become AI-fluent.
  • Serve as a bridge between technical builders and GTM operators — translating business problems into technical workflows.
  • Continuously optimize workflows based on usage data and feedback.
  • Document and productize successful workflows for reuse across teams.
  • Adheres to all confidentiality and compliance regulations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education & Work Experience:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in GTM operations, marketing ops, sales ops, or RevOps, with demonstrated hands-on experience in automation and tooling.
  • 1 year minimum of experience with AI automation workflows
  • Technical fluency with AI platforms, APIs, and workflow builders (Zapier, Make, n8n, HubSpot, Salesforce, ChatGPT API, etc.).
  • Experience leading AI or automation initiatives that streamline processes across Marketing, Sales, or CS.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and experimentation mindset — able to test hypotheses, measure ROI, and communicate results.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate independently, build prototypes quickly, and drive change across functions.
  • Provide timely updates on project progress, changes, and any potential issues.
  • Establish timelines and milestones, and allocate resources accordingly.
