The GTM Enablement Manager is responsible for designing, developing, delivering, and measuring learning and readiness programs that improve productivity and performance across the go-to-market organization. This role combines instructional design expertise, performance consulting, and enablement program management to ensure team members and partners have the skills, knowledge, tools, and resources needed to succeed. 

The ideal candidate is passionate about adult learning, skilled in curriculum development, and experienced in translating complex business, product, and customer information into engaging learning experiences that drive measurable behavior change and business outcomes. This individual will partner with Sales, Channel, Partner, Product Marketing, Operations, and Enablement leadership to support onboarding, readiness, adoption, and continuous development initiatives. 

This role exists to help transform knowledge into performance and readiness into results. Through a combination of performance consulting, instructional design, enablement best practices, and data-driven measurement, the GTM Enablement Manager will support internal teams and partners in developing the capabilities needed to drive adoption, accelerate productivity, improve customer outcomes, and contribute to business growth. 

Your day at a glance:

Performance Consulting & Enablement Strategy 

  • Partner with business leaders to identify and diagnose performance gaps across the GTM organization
  • Conduct needs assessments to determine root causes of performance challenges and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Evaluate whether opportunities are best addressed through training, coaching, tools, content, process improvements, communication, or other interventions
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders in designing scalable solutions that improve seller and partner effectiveness
  • Align enablement programs to strategic business priorities and desired performance outcomes

Instructional Design & Learning Development 

  • Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to create impactful learning experiences
  • Design and develop onboarding curricula, certification programs, learning paths, and role-based training programs
  • Create instructor-led training, virtual learning, eLearning modules, videos, job aids, playbooks, and reinforcement activities
  • Develop engaging, learner-centred experiences that support various roles, audiences, and experience levels
  • Design assessments, knowledge checks, and certification programs that validate readiness and proficiency
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and technologies to accelerate content creation, personalize learning experiences, improve knowledge accessibility, and scale enablement program delivery

Sales, Channel & Partner Enablement 

  • Support readiness initiatives for internal sales, customer-facing, channel, and partner teams
  • Develop onboarding, certification, and continuous learning programs for strategic partners and channel organizations
  • Partner with Channel Sales and Partner leadership to define readiness requirements and enablement strategies
  • Create partner-facing learning experiences that promote product knowledge, solution positioning, sales effectiveness, and program adoption
  • Support product launches, process changes, and strategic GTM initiatives across internal and external audiences. 
  • Drive adoption of sales methodologies, messaging frameworks, and best practices

Content Governance & Knowledge Management 

  • Establish and maintain governance practices for enablement content, ensuring resources remain current, accurate, accessible, and aligned with business priorities
  • Partner with Product Marketing and subject matter experts to curate and manage enablement assets throughout their lifecycle
  • Identify opportunities to streamline content creation and maintenance processes through automation and AI-powered solutions
  • Ensure learners can easily discover, consume, and apply relevant content at the point of need

Onboarding & Continuous Learning 

  • Manage and evolve onboarding programs that accelerate time-to-productivity for new hires and partners
  • Design structured learning journeys that support ongoing development and career progression
  • Facilitate workshops, virtual training sessions, certification events, and readiness programs
  • Equip frontline managers with coaching frameworks, conversation guides, and performance support resources
  • Build reinforcement and sustainment strategies that drive long-term knowledge retention and application

Program Management & Measurement 

  • Manage multiple enablement initiatives simultaneously and deliver programs on time and with high quality
  • Define success metrics and measurement strategies for enablement programs
  • Measure effectiveness beyond participation and completion metrics by evaluating:  Knowledge acquisition, Certification achievement , Tool and process adoption, Behavior change, Sales methodology adherence, Time-to-productivity and ramp time, Partner readiness , Business performance outcomes, Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and Continuously refine programs based on stakeholder feedback, learner insights, adoption data, and business results

An asset if you have:

  • Experience supporting B2B technology, SaaS, channel, partner, or enterprise sales organizations. 
  • Knowledge of instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE, SAM, Kirkpatrick, or Learning Experience Design (LXD). 
  • Experience developing certification and learning programs for partner ecosystems. 
  • Experience with LMS platforms and enablement technologies. 
  • Familiarity with AI-powered content development, learning technologies, and knowledge management solutions. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or related CRM platforms. 
  • Knowledge of modern sales methodologies and buyer-centric selling approaches.
