The RoleCCC Intelligent Solutions is seeking a Guidewire Software Engineer to design, develop, and enhance Guidewire ClaimCenter solutions supporting P&C insurance clients. This role works closely with senior engineers, product partners, and cross‑functional teams to implement integrations, configurations, and customizations that align with established product, platform, and cloud standards.
The ideal candidate brings hands‑on ClaimCenter development experience, a solid understanding of claims workflows and integration architecture, and the ability to deliver high‑quality solutions in a fast‑paced, SaaS‑driven environment. This role emphasizes technical execution, continuous learning, and collaboration, with opportunities to contribute to scalable solutions and ongoing platform improvement.


 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of accelerators, ensuring they align with established product and platform standards.
  • Engage technical and functional discussions regarding Guidewire integration architecture.
  • Develop robust solutions for Guidewire integration and PCF.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for improvement, implement scalable and sustainable solutions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Adapt effectively to a dynamic, fast-paced environment by managing shifting priorities and evolving business needs with composure and focus.


 

Requirements:
  • 4-7 years of hands-on experience with advanced technical skills, including:
  • Design and implement complex ClaimCenter customizations using Gosu, PCF, Scout UI, entities, and extensions
  • Strong understanding of the development of claims lifecycle workflows, business rules, validations, and enhancements
  • Experience delivering Guidewire-based solutions, with deep expertise in ClaimCenter and working knowledge of Guidewire cloud services such as APD, Jutro, and Integration Gateway.
  • Relational databases (data modeling and SQL)
  • Data formats (JSON, XML)
  • API development and enterprise application architecture
  • Strong experience with modern development tools and CI/CD pipelines, including Git, Bitbucket, TeamCity, and similar technologies.
  • Proven experience with SaaS platforms and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), including application deployment, scaling, performance optimization, and monitoring.
  • Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and tools, combined with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it effectively in day-to-day work, leveraging data-driven insights to drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of agile project management and collaboration tools, including Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, or similar.
  • Industry-recognized certifications such as Guidewire ACE and/or AWS cloud certifications are strongly preferred.
