Design and develop mitigation hardware and complete equipment solutions for moisture and temperature tracking. Create PCBs and system architecture, integrate sensors and embedded/IoT devices with software and billing systems, and collaborate with developers to deliver end-to-end hardware-software solutions in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design hardware systems for moisture and temperature tracking.
- Create PCB designs and system architecture.
- Integrate hardware with billing systems for restoration firms.
- Work on hardware-software integration systems.
- Develop complete mitigation equipment solutions.
Requirements:
- Hardware design experience (PCB design, sensors, tracking systems)
- Understanding of moisture detection and temperature monitoring systems
- Ability to work with software developers on integrated solutions
- Self-driven, proactive approach to complex technical projects
- Experience with embedded systems or IoT devices
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Comfortable in a start-up environment with multiple projects and fast-paced development cycles
