Drive the Marketing Partnership: Partner closely with Marketing to align outbound and inbound strategies, leverage intent data, improve lead quality, and build a predictable pipeline generation engine.

Represent StackAdapt Externally: Serve as a strategic voice for StackAdapt's B2B business by speaking at industry events, participating in panels and podcasts, and strengthening our market presence with enterprise marketers.

Leverage AI & Modern Sales Technology: Champion the use of AI-powered prospecting, workflow automation, and modern sales technologies to improve productivity, coaching, and pipeline generation while maintaining a consultative customer experience.

The Expertise (What you bring)

Proven Leadership in Net-New Sales: A successful track record of leading and scaling high-performing outbound B2B sales organizations with accountability for pipeline, forecasting, and revenue performance.

Operational Sales Leadership: You bring a builder's mindset paired with operational discipline, thriving in environments where you establish repeatable processes, improve forecasting accuracy, and coach teams to consistently raise the bar.

AdTech & MarTech Experience: Experience selling across transactional and enterprise sales motions, with exposure to programmatic advertising, DSPs, B2B intent platforms, or adjacent marketing technology solutions preferred.

Data-Driven Sales Management: Deep familiarity with CRM reporting, pipeline analytics, forecasting, and intent platforms such as 6sense, Demandbase, or Bombora to measure performance and optimize sales execution.
