Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Strategy

  • Manage and mentor a team of 5 Business Development Representatives (BDRs), ensuring alignment to goals, training, and daily execution.
  • Establish outbound strategies and lead-generation processes that improve pipeline quality and volume.
  • Set KPIs, run weekly coaching, and own BDR performance metrics.

Ecosystem Partnerships

  • Build and scale partner programs with VC firms, accelerators, consultancies, dev shops, and Web3 infrastructure providers.
  • Drive co-selling motions, referral agreements, and GTM programs that result in high-quality opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain key partner relationships that position Halborn as the preferred security provider.

Pipeline & Execution

  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to build campaigns around industry events, market trends, and vertical-specific initiatives.
  • Contribute to strategic deal pursuits and engage directly in early sales conversations when needed.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of activities, opportunities, and partner motions in Hubspot CRM.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in cybersecurity, blockchain, or technology services.
  • 4+ years of experience managing or mentoring BDR/SDR teams.
  • Track record of building partner ecosystems and delivering pipeline through indirect and direct channels.
  • Deep understanding of Web3, fintech, or cybersecurity markets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong executive presence.
  • CRM-savvy (we use Hubspot) and passionate about pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with high emotional intelligence and coaching ability.
  • Ability to travel for key events or partner engagements (up to 25–40%).
