Role Overview
We're looking for a Head of Community to manage and supercharge our network of campus ambassadors and growth interns. You’ll play a key role in building and scaling our presence by setting up the marketing material pipeline, distributing materials to each campus, and overseeing the productivity of our ambassador teams. In the future, you’ll also help us host campus events and pursue sponsorship opportunities to drive Ditto’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage college ambassadors and growth interns across multiple campuses

  • Establish and maintain a pipeline for creating, managing, and distributing marketing materials

  • Track, analyze, and maximize productivity and engagement of campus teams

  • Serve as the main point of contact between Ditto HQ and campus representatives

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align campus strategy with company goals

  • Future Opportunities:

    • Organize and host on-campus events to boost platform engagement

    • Seek, secure, and manage event sponsorship opportunities

What We're Looking For

  • Experience leading student ambassador or campus marketing programs preferred

  • Strong organizational, communication, and people management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously

  • Results-oriented mindset and a passion for community building

  • Creative, resourceful, and comfortable with a fast-paced, startup culture

  • Prior event planning experience is a plus
