You’ll lead a small and mighty in-house team, coordinate external partners, and set the strategic roadmap - ensuring all digital and growth efforts work together to deliver measurable business impact.

What You’ll Do

Digital Strategy & Orchestration

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, RevOps and Marketing to ensure alignment on outcomes and performance measurement.

Growth & Acquisition

  • Support commercial acquisition and growth strategies via ABM/ABN programs, paid media, and CRO.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation: generate hypotheses, run tests, and scale what works.
  • Partner with our Demand Lead to ensure campaigns are executed and optimized efficiently.

Lifecycle & Engagement

  • Work with a range of experts to define activation, engagement and expansion strategies.
  • Ensure messaging, journey design, and in-product communications are integrated and segmented for success.
  • Use data insights to refine campaigns and maximize impact across millions of users.

Martech & Website Oversight

  • Own the marketing technology strategy and roadmap, including automation, analytics, and integrations.
  • Ensure website strategy and CRO initiatives support both acquisition and lifecycle objectives.
  • Manage vendors, contractors, and external dev resources to deliver website and stack execution effectively.

Team Leadership

  • Lead a small, high-impact in-house team: Demand, Website, Ops
  • Mentor and develop team members, providing strategic guidance and operational support.
  • Foster a collaborative, experimental, and outcome-focused culture.

What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years in digital marketing, growth, or SaaS marketing leadership roles.
  • Experience scaling digital acquisition and lifecycle programs at large scale (B2B or PLG).
  • Proven experience with ABM/ABN campaigns, growth experiments, CRO, and lifecycle engagement.
  • Experience managing marketing technology stacks, CMS, automation, analytics, or orchestrating technical teams.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to translate data into actionable growth initiatives.
  • Strong team leadership, mentorship, and ability to coordinate contractors or agencies.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with high-impact responsibility.
