SentiLink provides innovative identity and risk solutions, empowering institutions and individuals to transaction with confidence. We’re building the future of identity verification in the United States replacing a clunky, ineffective, and expensive status quo with solutions that are 10x faster, smarter, and more accurate.

We’ve seen tremendous traction and are growing extremely quickly. Our real-time APIs have helped verify hundreds of millions of identities, starting with financial services and rapidly expanding into new markets. SentiLink is backed by world-class investors including Craft Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, NYCA, and Max Levchin.

We’ve earned recognition from TechCrunch, CNBC, Bloomberg, Forbes, Business Insider, PYMNTS, American Banker, LendIt, and have been named to the Forbes Fintech 50 list every year since 2023. Last but not least, we’ve even made history - we were the first company to go live with the eCBSV and testified before the United States House of Representatives on the future of identity.

SentiLink supports a variety of ways to work, ranging from fully remote to in-office. We operate as a digital-first company with strong collaboration across the U.S. and India. We maintain physical offices in Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles, and Chicago in the U.S., and in Gurugram (Delhi) and Bengaluru in India. If you’re located near one of these offices, we would love for you to spend time in the office regularly. Some roles are hybrid or in-office by design. For example, our engineering team in India works primarily from our Gurugram office.

Role:

As SentiLink’s Head of Emerging Markets, you’ll lead the expansion of our solutions into new industries, buyer personas, and product categories beyond our core footprint. This role is responsible for building and scaling go-to-market motions across emerging verticals such as marketplace, insurance, healthcare, compliance, and other high-growth segments.

You’ll operate as both a strategic sales leader and a market builder – identifying new opportunities, shaping compelling customer narratives, recruiting top talent, and helping define how SentiLink wins in entirely new categories. This is a highly entrepreneurial role for someone energized by early-stage growth, and building from zero to one.

Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to develop repeatable sales motions for emerging products and markets while establishing SentiLink as the trusted identity and fraud platform outside traditional financial services.

This is a remote-friendly, US-based role.

Responsibilities:
  • Own and scale revenue growth across emerging verticals and strategic expansion markets

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new industries, products, and buyer personas

  • Recruit, hire, and mentor high-performing sales talent, particularly for difficult-to-fill strategic roles

  • Build senior executive relationships across enterprise accounts, including companies in rideshare, gig, insurance, healthcare, crypto, gaming and other strategic segments

  • Drive adoption of emerging SentiLink products through consultative and solution-oriented selling

  • Create internal alignment and followership within SentiLink through strong leadership, storytelling, and customer advocacy

  • Partner with Product Management to shape development efforts to meet market demands and differentiation based on market feedback for emerging offerings

  • Partner with Marketing teams to shape messaging, positioning, and market feedback loops for emerging offerings

  • Build executive-level relationships and external networks that expand SentiLink’s visibility and access in new markets

  • Lead complex enterprise deals from inception through close, particularly in ambiguous or highly competitive environments

  • Establish scalable operating rhythms including pipeline reviews, market planning, and cross-functional execution

  • Help define evolving sales processes and quota structures for emerging business lines and incubation-stage products

  • Represent SentiLink externally at conferences, customer meetings, industry events, and strategic partner engagements

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience in fintech, SaaS, fraud, identity, or adjacent technology markets

  • Proven track record of successfully building and scaling teams, new markets, products, or business lines

  • Strong network and credibility outside traditional banking and financial services ecosystems

  • Exceptional executive presence, communication skills, and storytelling ability

  • Highly consultative sales approach with strong product and technical acumen

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Executive teams

  • Track record of winning complex enterprise deals, including competitive or turnaround situations

  • Strong operational discipline around pipeline management, forecasting, and GTM execution

  • Experience operating in high-growth startup environments

  • Experience bringing new fraud, identity, risk, or infrastructure products to market preferred

  • Experience selling into or building GTM motions for insurance, healthcare, or large enterprise platforms preferred

  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must live in the United States

Compensation:

$380,000-$420,000 OTE + equity + benefits

Perks:
  • Employer paid group health insurance for you and your dependents

  • 401(k) plan with employer match (or equivalent for non US-based roles)

  • Flexible paid time off

  • Regular company-wide in-person events

  • Home office stipend, and more!

Corporate Values:
  • Follow Through

  • Deep Understanding

  • Whatever It Takes

  • Do Something Smart
