Multiverse Computing is seeking a Head of Global Marketing & Communications to define and lead the company’s global narrative, positioning, and market presence in Artificial Intelligence.
This is a senior, executive-level role, reporting directly to the CEO, responsible for strengthening Multiverse’s market positioning, credibility, and commercial impact. The role combines global marketing, corporate communications, and executive positioning under a single leadership, in line with best-in-class AI companies.

Key Responsibilities 

Strategic Leadership & Narrative

  • Define and own the global marketing and communications strategy, aligned with company vision, product strategy, and commercial objectives.

  • Act as the global lead of Multiverse’s external narrative, ensuring clarity and consistency across marketing, PR, content, brand, and leadership communications.

  • Partner closely with the CEO and executive team as a strategic advisor on positioning, messaging, and external perception.

Market & Product Positioning

  • Translate advanced AI capabilities into clear, differentiated business value propositions by industry and use case.

  • Own product and solutions marketing, ensuring messaging supports enterprise sales, strategic accounts, and long sales cycles.

  • Ensure marketing supports enterprise growth and overall commercial credibility.

Communications, PR & Reputation

  • Lead global corporate communications, PR, and thought leadership, positioning Multiverse as a credible and trusted AI partner.

  • Build and manage relationships with top-tier global media, industry analysts, and key ecosystem stakeholders.

  • Position the CEO and leadership team as visible, credible voices in AI through media, events, and public engagements.

Team, Structure & Execution

  • Build, lead, and scale the Marketing & Communications function, with clear ownership across marketing, content, field marketing, and communications.

  • Manage senior external partners (PR agencies, branding, content, events).

  • Define and track success metrics across awareness, reputation, and commercial impact.

Experience & Profile

  • Proven ownership or significant contribution to enterprise pipeline and revenue generation, with demonstrated impact at scale (e.g., €10M–€100M+ pipeline).

  • Strong experience owning and executing enterprise go-to-market (GTM) strategies, working closely with sales teams to drive pipeline, support deal progression, and influence revenue outcomes.

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing and/or communications leadership role within AI, deep-tech, combination of scale up and established company in highly technical B2B environments.

  • Strong background in corporate communications and executive positioning, not only demand generation.

  • Experience working directly with C-level executives, ideally reporting to a CEO.

  • Track record of building global narratives for complex AI products and platforms.

  • High strategic maturity, executive presence, and ability to operate autonomously in high-expectation environments.

Languages

  • English: full professional fluency required

  • Spanish: preferred
