Cruva is the operating system for TikTok Shop. Over 1,400 brands use us to manage affiliate programs, find creators, and run their commerce operations on the fastest-growing platform in the world. We are bootstrapped, profitable, and multi-seven-figures in ARR.
This is a builder role. You will own growth end to end, from the first touchpoint to activation and expansion. That means paid acquisition, SEO, content, email and lifecycle, and conversion optimization across the funnel. You are not inheriting a team or a budget to spend. You will build the engine yourself first: running campaigns, testing channels, finding what works, and then scaling it.
We are at an inflection point. The market is moving fast, demand is real, and we need someone who can build a repeatable, scalable growth engine from the ground up.
What You'll DoOwn the full growth funnel: paid acquisition, SEO, content marketing, email and lifecycle, and conversion optimization.
Build and own the growth roadmap, including experiments, channel mix, and prioritization.
Define and track the metrics that matter: CAC, LTV, activation rates, and pipeline contribution.
Work closely with sales, product, and customer success to close the loop between acquisition and retention.
Hire and lead a small growth team as we scale.
You have built growth programs before, not just managed them. You know how to run a paid campaign as well as you know how to write a nurture sequence.
Comfortable in the data, comfortable writing copy, and comfortable talking to customers to understand why they buy.
You do not need a team around you to get started. You find what is not working, build the fix, and ship it.
Track record of building SEO, paid, or content programs that drove measurable, compounding results.
Familiarity with ecommerce, DTC brands, or TikTok Shop is a strong plus.
$180,000 to $220,000 base salary depending on experience, plus meaningful early-stage equity.
