We’re hiring a Head of Business Development to open, structure, and scale partnerships and distribution channels that power our new business streams. You’ll build pipelines, close strategic deals, and create repeatable partner models that expand revenue and reach.

What You’ll Do
  • Identify new opportunities for growth: new business streams, new offerings, and new commercial angles.

  • Own the company’s growth plan and translate goals into clear execution priorities.

  • Build a repeatable growth system: planning cadence, scorecards, reporting, and accountability across teams.

  • Lead a culture of fast iteration: test ideas, measure outcomes, and scale what works.

  • Improve efficiency and performance by tightening processes, removing bottlenecks, and building scalable workflows.

  • Work cross-functionally to align teams, unblock execution, and deliver outcomes end-to-end.

  • Own resource allocation for growth initiatives (budget, priorities, and timelines).

What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years in one of the following: Business Analysis, Product Management, Business Development, or Growth.

  • Strong problem-solving skills: you can break down messy problems and turn them into clear actions.

  • Comfortable with numbers and performance tracking (KPIs, dashboards, Excel/Sheets..)

  • Experience improving processes and scaling workflows (handoffs, approvals, operations routines, reporting).

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management (you can align people and drive decisions).

  • Ownership mindset: you take responsibility, move fast, and follow through.

  • Required: hands-on experience with automation/AI tools and structured execution tools (e.g., Notion/Jira + N8N/Zapier/Make + basic AI tools).
