Your Pay
The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan: Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

Ericsson offers excellent health benefits including the choice of three medical plan options and a dental plan option that allow an employee to select the level of coverage that suits their needs. Employees will receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost that Ericsson pays toward the cost of their medical and dental premiums for themselves and eligible covered dependents.
Your Financial Security
We invest in both your short and long-term financial wellbeing. The Ericsson US 401(k) Plan offers an automatic 3% company contribution and Ericsson match $1 for every $1 you put into the 401(k) Plan on the first 3% of your eligible pay, plus 50 cents on every $1 on the next 2% of eligible pay. When you contribute at least 5% of eligible pay, you are receiving Ericsson's full matching contributions of 4%. Matching and company automatic contributions stop when your total eligible pay for the year reaches the IRS limits. Employees will also receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost of basic life insurance and basic accidental death and dismemberment coverage, as well as short-term and long-term disability coverage. Employees also have the option to participate in Ericsson's Stock Purchase Plan.

Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 15 days of accrued vacation, up to 3 personal days per year, 11 annual holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick time annually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.

What you will do:
- Strong, sustained revenue and margin growth for the respective OSS/BSS portfolio within assigned accounts.
- High customer satisfaction and retention driven by trusted relationships and reliable delivery.
- Clear, market aligned portfolio roadmap informed by customer inputs and commercial priorities.
- Efficient, predictable delivery with continuous improvement in cost, quality and speed.
- Translate business objectives into compelling solutions, drive revenue growth through complex consultative selling and upsell/cross sell, and ensure high quality, cost effective delivery of services across presales through operations.
- Define and execute the unit strategy and roadmap for the portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and customer needs.
- Support developing growth opportunities beyond transactional business, shaping customer vision and translating business needs into tailored BOS solutions. Actively participate in presales activities, solution design, and bid efforts to ensure competitive, deliverable proposals.
- Lead complex deal structuring and commercial negotiations that align with BOS objectives and maximize value for both customer and company.
- Drive portfolio strategy conversations, roadmap prioritization, and upsell/crosssell initiatives in collaboration with product and portfolio teams.
- Build and strengthen long term, trust based customer relationships and influence customer strategy at senior levels.
- Serve as a senior people manager for a direct team of Solution Architects, Integrators, and other professionals; hire, coach, develop and retain high performing talent.
- Own end to end service delivery accountability (scope, cost, quality, schedule) from presales through implementation and during the program/contract lifecycle, application development and maintenance activities.
- Oversee project execution to meet customer expectations, timelines and budget; proactively identify and mitigate risks and drive continuous improvement to reduce cost and increase efficiency.
- Contribute to account growth through change management, proactive portfolio enhancements and realization of addon sales.
- Leverage and contribute to global and regional best practices, tools, metrics and insights to improve delivery and commercial performance.
- Ensure transparency and governance through regular reporting, stakeholder communication and performance dashboards.
The skills you bring:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in OSS/BSS sales, delivery, application development, cloud transformation, and relevant areas.
- Proven ability to lead director level and cross functional teams in a matrix organization.
- Understanding of the market, practices of competitors, consultative mentality, formulating strategies and concepts as well as Senior presence and experience meeting and negotiating at C level
- Financial acumen and strategic thinking with a focus on cost efficiency and value creation through AI and Automation led delivery model
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels.
- A collaborative and decisive leadership style, with the ability to perform under pressure and manage complex escalations.
