About the Role

Supernova is seeking a Head of Partnerships to lead the development and execution of strategic partnerships that expand our platform, accelerate revenue growth, and unlock new market opportunities. This role is responsible for identifying, structuring, and launching new business ventures through partnerships with financial institutions, asset managers, fintech platforms, and infrastructure providers. The ideal candidate combines enterprise SaaS partnership leadership with venture‑building instincts, capable of sourcing opportunities, structuring commercial relationships, and bringing new products or distribution models to market.


Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Development
    • Identify and develop strategic partnerships that expand Supernova’s platform capabilities and distribution.
    • Build relationships with banks, asset managers, fintech platforms, custodians, and infrastructure providers.
    • Define partnership strategies that support Supernova’s expansion into banking, lending, and wealth platform ecosystems.
  • Venture Creation & New Business Models
    • Lead development of new business initiatives formed through strategic partnerships.
    • Structure joint ventures, product partnerships, distribution agreements, and embedded finance partnerships.
    • Build business cases and lead initiatives from concept through launch.
  • Deal Structuring & Commercial Negotiation
    • Negotiate commercial agreements including revenue sharing and joint go‑to‑market strategies.
    • Work with legal, product, and finance to structure scalable partnership frameworks.
    • Ensure partnerships align with Supernova’s long‑term strategic goals.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
    • Partner with Product to define integration roadmaps and co‑develop new offerings.
    • Collaborate with Sales and Client Success to ensure partnerships drive revenue and adoption.
    • Coordinate internal teams to move partnerships from strategy to execution.


Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience in enterprise SaaS partnerships, business development, or corporate development.
  • Background in fintech, wealth technology, banking infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Demonstrated success negotiating complex commercial agreements.
  • Experience launching partnerships that create new revenue streams or product offerings.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate opportunities into operational partnerships.
  • Executive presence and ability to work with senior leadership at partner organizations.
