In dieser Schlüsselrolle übernimmst Du die Gesamtverantwortung für unsere HR-Strukturen und begleitest unsere Teams auf der nächsten Etappe unserer gemeinsamen Reise durch innere und äußere Herausforderungen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du leitest und entwickelst unser siebenköpfiges People-Team (davon vier direkte und drei indirekte Reports) und schaffst ein Umfeld, in dem sich alle optimal entfalten können. Dabei kannst du jederzeit von Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Learning & Development und administrativen Themen problemlos wechseln.

  • Du berichtest direkt an den CEO und agierst als strategischer Sparringspartner sowie als wichtige Vertrauensperson für das gesamte Senior Leadership Team in allen zukunftsgerichteten und operativen Personalfragen.

  • Du prägst und förderst unsere Unternehmenskultur maßgeblich und entwickelst Initiativen, die unseren Zusammenhalt, die psychologische Sicherheit und das Engagement – speziell in unserem Remote-Setup – nachhaltig stärken.

  • Du steuerst und optimierst die Kernbereiche unseres People-Teams, darunter Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Learning & Development (L&D) sowie HR Operations.

  • Du trägst die strategische Verantwortung für das Personalbudget und stellst die Einhaltung der Personalkosten im gesamten Unternehmen zielgerichtet sicher. Dabei stimmst du dich mit dem Finance Team eng ab.

  • Du gestaltest moderne, skalierbare HR-Prozesse, die perfekt auf unsere agile Arbeitsweise abgestimmt sind und das Wachstum des Unternehmens unterstützen.

Dein Profil

  • Du bringst mindestens 8 Jahre fundierte Berufserfahrung im HR-Bereich mit (idealerweise im Start-up- oder Scale-up-Umfeld) und verfügst über mindestens 3 Jahre nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams.

  • Du verbindest empathisches Leadership mit Praxis im Organizational Design und Change Management, um unsere Organisationsstrukturen agil an unser Wachstum anzupassen.

  • Du überzeugst durch ein starkes Hands-on-Fundament mit tiefgehender operativer Erfahrung in der Talent Acquisition (Recruiting) und im Business Partnering.

  • Du besitzt ein starkes analytisches Verständnis und nutzt HR-KPIs (People Analytics) strategisch, um fundierte, datengetriebene Entscheidungen für die Organisation zu treffen.

  • Du bist absolut sattelfest im deutschen Arbeitsrecht und bringst viel Erfahrung mit den rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen eines Remote-Setups mit.

  • Du fühlst Dich im agilen Software-/AI-Umfeld zu Hause und kommunizierst absolut verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
