Head of Revenue Operations

Location: USA Remote | Job Type: Full-Time | Team: Finance

About Azira

Azira is a location intelligence platform built for today’s data-driven teams, transforming mobile location signals into high-confidence, privacy-first insights. Our technology helps marketing, operations, and data leaders make smarter decisions, optimize performance, and drive measurable growth. From retailers and media agencies to destination marketers and real estate teams, we deliver trusted, validated insights rooted in real-world behavior, connecting the dots between where people go and how businesses can better reach, serve, and grow their audiences.

Why This Role Matters

We are looking for a Head of Revenue Operations to define how Azira forecasts, measures, and drives global revenue performance. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of Finance and Sales and will be owning the operating system behind our revenue engine. You will lead the frameworks, forecasting models, and performance infrastructure that create clarity and accountability across regions. Your work will directly influence executive decision-making, capital allocation, and growth planning. This role goes beyond reporting. You will architect a scalable revenue intelligence foundation while staying hands-on, building models, developing dashboards, and pressure-testing commercial plans with senior leadership to ensure rigor, predictability, and execution at scale. This role reports directly to the CFO.

What You’ll Do
  • Architect and operationalize revenue intelligence: Build the infrastructure (dashboards, models, workflows) that give a real-time view of pipeline, bookings, and revenue performance globally.
  • Drive forecasting excellence: Partner with Finance, Commercial, and Product to create dynamic forecasts that connect pipeline trends to business outcomes, including marketing insights
  • Lead insights for growth: Translate complex data into simple, actionable insights that drive decisions for the CEO, Head of Commercial, and regional leaders.
  • Oversee data systems and hygiene: Ensure HubSpot, Netsuite, and connected data systems (financial, product, and marketing) are clean, accurate, and aligned to reporting needs.
  • Shape GTM strategy: Partner with Commercial leadership to assess pricing, margins, and productivity, and identify opportunities to optimize efficiency and revenue quality.
  • Be the connective tissue: Align Finance, Sales, and surrounding teams around a single source of truth for revenue data, enabling faster, smarter execution globally.

What You’ll Bring

  • 7+  years of experience in Revenue Operations, FP&A, and/or Business Intelligence, ideally in adtech, digital media, or SaaS.
  • Strong command of HubSpot CRM (admin-level experience strongly preferred).
  • Deep experience connecting data across systems, from CRM to finance to BI.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI)
  • Proven success building or transforming revenue reporting frameworks in a growth-stage company.
  • Strategic communicator who’s equally comfortable presenting to executives and troubleshooting a formula.
  • A growth mindset, able to design, test, and refine with speed and clarity.

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • Competitive base salary (annual): $175,000-$200,000 (depending on experience)
  • Bonus eligible; standard Azira benefits included
  • Full medical, dental, vision, and PTO benefits
  • Flexible remote work environment (U.S.-based)
  • Collaborative, high-trust culture with strong ownership
